Are you lining up the same tabs every time you open a window?

Every new Chrome window starts empty. You open Notion, Gmail, the calendar — and you do it again, many times a day. Browsers like Arc and Dia treat pinned tabs as first-class, but Chrome resets pins on every new window.

Anchor Tab restores your registered URLs as pinned tabs the moment a new window opens. It coexists with Chrome's built-in session restore and automatically avoids duplicating tabs that are already open.

Permissions

Anchor Tab requests only the minimum permissions required to function.

• tabs — to create pinned tabs in newly opened windows
• storage — to save your URL list and settings on your device

No host permissions (<all_urls>) are requested. The extension has no access to page contents, form inputs, cookies, or browsing history.
