I work independently, moving between software development, team building, and agile practice. My experience leading teams as an engineering manager and supporting organisational change as an agile coach flows directly into the products I build today.
Everything I make is measured against one question: do I genuinely want this, and would I actually keep using it? Writing code, designing systems, and creating spaces where people can move — for me, those three things are one.
