Cookies and External Services Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the Clevique website, clevique.app. Linked apps and external websites have their own privacy policies.

Preferences stored on your device

We use cookies or browser storage to save your language and privacy preferences. Language preferences are stored for up to one year. Privacy preferences include your allow/reject choices, the time you chose them, and this policy’s version. They remain valid for six months from your choice or change, with the same period for consent and rejection. We do not send these preference records to our servers to keep individual visitors’ consent histories.

Returning to the site does not extend this period. If preferences cannot be stored, are invalid, or have expired, optional analytics and the external form are turned off.

Optional analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only if you allow analytics. Information such as pages viewed, referring pages and loading performance is sent to Cloudflare to understand and improve the site. This analytics service does not use cookies or localStorage, but we respect your choice and do not load it before consent or after rejection.

Cloudflare states that it retains unsampled analytics data for seven days and then stores sampled data for the long term. We can access the past six months of data in Web Analytics. This access period does not mean that all data held by the provider is deleted after that period.

External contact form

The embedded Notion form loads only if you allow the external contact form. Loading it sends information such as your IP address and browser information to Notion, which may use cookies and similar technologies. For information entered and submitted in the form, see our Privacy Policy and Notion’s privacy information. You can contact us by email without loading the form.

External links, including OFUSE

OFUSE support is provided as a link to an external site. We do not load the OFUSE widget on this site. Information handling at the destination is governed by that service’s policies.

Changing settings and withdrawing consent

You can change your choices at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. Turning analytics off stops subsequent optional analytics transmissions. Turning the external contact form off stops loading and communication by that form. This does not retroactively delete information already sent. We may also be unable to delete cookies set by external services.

We may ask you to choose again when the retention period ends, browser data is cleared, or you use another browser or device. We also ask again if there are material changes to purposes or recipients.

Site delivery and security

Communication and processing necessary to deliver pages and prevent unauthorized access continue even if you reject optional analytics. These are separate from optional Cloudflare Web Analytics.
