Toukan Sync
Markdown to Notion, automatically.
Drop a Markdown file into a watched folder and it automatically uploads to your Notion database as a page. Toukan Sync is a native macOS app that lives in your menu bar and works silently in the background.
Knowledge management for the AI agent era
Working with AI agents produces a steady stream of Markdown — design notes, analysis results, meeting summaries. Toukan Sync automatically funnels them into the Notion workspace you already use, at no extra cost. Stay organized whether you work solo or as a team.
Just drop it. We'll handle the rest.
Notion is great for organizing information, but getting local Markdown files into Notion still requires copy-pasting or manual imports. As your files grow, so does the tedium.
With Toukan Sync, simply save a .md file to a watched folder. Headings and paragraphs are converted to native Notion blocks and automatically added as pages to your database. No browser needed, no manual steps required.
Processed files are automatically moved to the archive folder (default: archived/), keeping your watched directory clean at all times.
